With experience leading complex operational organizations and infrastructure-focused projects, his work centers on building collaborative healthcare initiatives focused on sustainability, technology integration, workforce development, and knowledge transfer.
Ashraf has participated in healthcare infrastructure research and regional healthcare development discussions in the Gulf region, including healthcare initiatives explored in Oman in collaboration with regional development groups.
